This villa is located in a small park with about ten villas at a very appropriate distance from each other. Here you will also find a tennis court and a lovely swimming pool for everyone’s use.
The park is located in southern France at 10 minutes from Clermont L ‘Herault with many stores, cafes and restaurants and a large local market. But also the beautiful lake Lac du Salagou, where swimming and sailing can be done.
At a short distance you will find the coast with, among others, the charming town of Sete and the historic student city of Montpellier.
The villa has a very cozy living room with doors opening onto the terrace with a large dining table. For the colder days there is next to the heating also a cozy wood stove. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer and a Nespresso machine. But also internet, DVD, TV with Dutch channels and a washing machine are available. Only bring your suitcase is sufficient!
The site is not fenced and runs directly into a beautiful nature reserve. From the partially covered terrace you have a magnificent view of this area. Due to the combination of the Mediterranean Sea, the high altitude of the villa at 250m, the dryness and the almost always present light breeze, it is often here ideal weather with lots of sunshine.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid immediately after confirmation of the reservation. This makes your reservation final.
This amount remains as a deposit and will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your stay, provided no damage has been caused.
The total rental amount will be transferred four weeks before your arrival.
*On arrival we pamper our guests with made beds, towels, kitchen package, shampoo and shower gel.
